Eye hook on a morelo home

Does a morelo home have a towing eye hook or is there a towing point.
We are hopefully getting relayed to a garage at 8am but this is 7am in the uk for me to ring the dealers in the morning.

You should have a towing eye in a big box of bits, on ours it screws into a hole to the right of the number plate in the black/open area of the lower grill, on the previous version of the Loft/Palace without the forward facing radar thing the tow eye screw hole was in the centre behind the number plate.
