Hi. This has just come to my attention and might affect a few folk on here.

We’ve had annual travel insurance with them for a couple of years (before we even had the moho) including winter sports. Very easy cover for those with medical conditions as they have a very light declaration regime.

Didn’t need to be a Eurotunnel traveller BUT it appears that this has changed. You now apparently need to have a booking with them to take out the travel policy. I had this confirmed by online chat with them today. This doesn’t affect us too much as we share a frequent traveller account with other FUNSTER but it could affect others.

It’s still possible however that cover could be simple and still cheap to take out a tunnel booking for say 11 months time and then get the insurance at a good value. You needn’t use it I suppose. The policy covers other trips by plane etc.

I cannot have the annual policy (too old) but was hoping to continue to use the single trip version. I wonder if I can take one out for our trip to Spain (by plane) as I am a frequent traveller holder?
