Eurotunnel frequent traveller account

Just tried to take out a Eurotunnel frequent traveller account and they have suspended new accounts for the summer period.
We travel quite regularly between UK and Spain in MH and normal van so has been a godsend previously. Prices have increased across the board. on all routes. Nothing like taking advantage of a crisis.

It's not old news and I do pay attention!! I am talking about taking out a NEW frequent traveller account. Have a look on their website and you will see. If you have an existing account with crossings then these are still valid otherwise the option is a standard fare.

We came out to Spain the week the borders had restrictions lifted and used last crossing off old account. Just been on this morning and that message greeted me so came as a bit of a nasty surprise. Never mind have to do a bit more surfing to get the best deal as August return beckons

I went to take one out and the website says that they have cancelled all new frequent travelers for the summer.

Didn’t mean to offend you, but there have already been a couple of threads about a week ago saying exactly what you said ‘ they have suspended new ft accounts’ . Do a search, you will see, no apology needed
