Really annoying that you can’t give this info if you don’t book through them online somehow.

Are you sure about that? We generally book with Tesco vouchers so have to book by phone. Having done that and got a booking reference, I’ve always been able to complete the API form online.

Sorry if I’m misunderstanding, or if things have changed.

You need to register online, then you can add API.

You just need need the booking ref and password emailed to you when you booked.

Took me 5 days.

Crossing was booked through Caravan and Motorhome club, so can’t do it online.
Wanted to get it sorted as it’s an evening crossing in a couple of weeks, and a bit tight for time this end.
Also one less thing to have bother with.
