I think the two big clubs, C&MC and C&CC offer discounted tickets if booked through them?

These quotes are for 11.20am Friday 25th Feb for our MH.

Is it correct that if you use one of the clubs to book you then have problems if you wish to change booking as you have to do it through the club?🤔

I cancelled eurotunnel due to Covid in December bought via a club & (I did buy flexi tickets) the club refunded me within 2 days because the virus was starting up & border crossing was changed.
Assuming you do it thru club that you book for for a change.

Personally, for me - and I'm a member of both clubs - yes, it's too much of a hassle working through a third party.

Generally find Eurotunnel very good to work directly with, and as you've suggested, changing crossings etc is all dead easy - often can be done on line. And Eurotunnel phone lines are open longer than the clubs.

When I've looked previously, there have been admin fees from the clubs to make changes also.

Wouldnt it be easier if you could just contact whichever club you are in and get a single use discount code, then apply that code when making your own booking ..... less hassle for the respective club as they dont have to 'arrange' the booking and you can alter/ammend your own booking whenever you need to, without going through the club ....

Or is that far too simple ...??

I never new you could, that’s much easier & discount also.
Question, do they still get their “commission”?

Special offers from euro tunnel? i've rarely seen a reasonable price & as for the scamming they have always done with the price of "flexis" .

My thoughts exactly we always book direct with Eurotunnel never had any problem even when we had to cancel on our way to Folkestone due to my mum being Taken ill they were so helpful and gave me a provisional booking for a few months later.😊

Yes it’s true - we (only ONCE!!) booked a ferry with CMC and had to change the date - we had to pay a change fee TO CMC AND a change fee to p&o - we were justifiably furious
