Am I right in thinking that I need to register and then select the various toll providers for Sweden, Norway and Finland?

We travelled to Norway in May. We arranged a fob with Flyt. If you look up Autopass it will explain the different providers available. One provider covers all areas but there may be other charges for ferrries and some bridges. We didn’t find it too expensive.
