Have you got 12v and gas ok to see you through the night or is your 12v not working either? Sorry I am useless with electrickery but if you give as much info as you can it might help others to help you.

Can you try turning off all your circuit breakers and turning them on one at a time, it will tell you on which circuit the fault lies.
If it trips with the all the breakers off then it's your RCD at fault

Turn your water heater off and unplug anything you have in 3 pin mains sockets and try again.

Mainly anything to do with water, kettles, coffee machines, washing machines, steam irons etc. Boiler if running on mains.

These tend to have the highest leakage current which is what causes RCD's to trip.

Have you tried another hook-up lead? Perhaps a kind neighbour will lend you one that is definitely working OK.

Chris beat me to it.

Has anyone got another hookup cable you could try in case there is a problem with yours.

When checking everything is off, the cooker is plugged in using a standard household 3 pin plug which is located at the very back of the storage space under the cooker. I have mine permanently switched off in case of accidentally brushing against the control knob for the 240v hot plate.

Is it the site hook up ? Try plugging into another post? We had similar issue last year - and it wasn’t us but took ages to find that out !

What exactly is tripping? Is it the hookup post or the trips in the MH?

When testing for what's tripping the electric, houses as well, everything has to be actually unplugged , not just switched off.

Thanks for concern, we’re okay, had to log in but hope you have latest reply - if not let me know - have been having data problems with phone too
