Hi

My 12V sockets are all not providing any output Volts. I have 2 behind my TV cupboard and the ones in the driving area are all the same.

My EBL is the 220-2 and I changed some fuses 10A for the ones marked TV etc but made no difference.

Is there another fuse I’m missing on the EBL ? Or hidden elsewhere ?

Thanks
Alan

Always check the fuses with a meter. as a visual inspection may not show up fine breaks in the fuse.
I would have suspected a fuse on the EBL as I had the same in my Burstner. However you can't rule out that someone may have added the 12v outlets and fitted inline fuses somewhere behind the panels.
Sockets in the cab area are usually fused from the Ducato base vehicle.

Most unusual for a converter to add extra sockets to the base vehicle sockets. Are u saying all 12v sockets stopped working at the same time?
If u dont have a meter, if it were me I would switch the ebl off and replace all the fuses. Just because the ebl suggests that the fuse protects a specific part of the system dont mean the converter followed their recommendation to the letter.

Random thought... you said that the 12v sockets in the cab are also not working? They are normally wired into the Ducato loom, so shouldn't have anything to do with the EBL. So it's weird that they'd also die at the same time.

Are you sure it's not your 12v device that you are testing it with isn't the issue?

On my Fiat the fuses for the cigar lighter, power socket and rear power socket are in the engine compartment fuse box under the bonnet. I suggest you look in your vehicle handbook for fuse locations and check these ones too.
