Duo battery charger

Hi can anyone confirm that the green lights flashing means the batteries are charging! There’s no mention in the manual, it only refers to the LED’s
Just wondering, everything else seems ok.

Yes I think flashing is charging & on is charged.

Thanks Lenny, that’s what I thought, I just wired it up to vehicle and utility battery yesterday, il keep checking the charge to see it’s heading the right way.
