DRL Problem

Hi anyone have any idea why DRL will not turn off,
Noticed left bank were flickering so took connection apart and noticed it was corroding, I cleaned connection and re connected but now they are staying on....Grrr

Not that I've noticed, just the drl's thanks

Try turning on the sidelights which should turn off or dim the DRLs. It might reset the control.

Remembering my 2012 Autotrail there was an option in the ducato settings thing just to the right of the steering wheel. Maybe look for that and turn them off, see what that does.

Cheers Tonka, it makes no difference if I turn them off in the menu..
cannot understand how they are on live feed now

At the risk of sounding like asking "granny to suck eggs". Might I suggest you go back to the point where you cleaned the contacts, and see if there is another live feed? or some other means of making a cross connection?. Fishing in the dark here, but I always find when summat is not as it was look at what you did last?.

are they on a relay, could have stuck in the switched position had a renault in a few months back with headlights on all the time was a stuck relay
