Hello
We are currently seeing out Storm Dennis on a CL site.
Can I ask if anybody knows how to drain down the fresh water tank?
Is there a special tap/lever or do I just open all the taps and let it go out through the waste water outlet?
Any help would be appreciated.
John

If it is anything like the Adria we used to have (same company) you just undo the big screw cap on the top of the tank and look in. You should see a bung in the bottom with a lever attached. Just lift up the lever which releases the bung and lift it up.

The freshwater tank will either a knob on the top of the tank you turn or undo the inspection cap and you may find a plug in the bottom of the tank with a chain on it. If the turn type the first opening position often leaves 20 Lt in the tank so you need to turn it further to fully drain with this type.

If you want to completely drain down the boiler should have a dump valve near it if Truma it's black with a blue knob on the top and blue button at the bottom just turn the knob. And usually near it there will be a drain taps for the pipes (sometimes 2). For draining fully you need to turn off the water pump & open the taps. Mixer taps should always be left central so both hot & cold drain.

It will be either inside the motorhome or under it. It is usually close to the water filler point.
