Dometic 10 Series Tec Tower

I have a 10 series by special request at Morelo, it is now standard. I ordered the extra fridge fan on the special order list.
The settings menu on the control panel shows a fan icon. The operation manual makes no reference to this icon and its function. I assume it is a control for the Dometic fan I ordered but not sure. Obviously it's a new product so maybe no one has seen it yet?
Any explanation?
