Whilst on my journey over the last month or so I managed get struck by a stone in Spain which resulted in a smashed windscreen. Whilst the screen has been replaced without problem, the same can’t be said for the CritAir sticker which was ruined in the process.

Anybody know if there is a process for getting a replacement?

For a fiver may as well buy a new one. We had to fork out a few bob for a new Umveltplakette when our screen was changed

Tip from our last van get some tough clear plasic or an ipad screen saver and attach the passes to that, easy to remove and replce as needed.

Just order a new one not worth Messing about.
When I bought new ones for my new screen I decided to laminate them. Good idea until my laminator decided to screw up at the time I put them through.
Now on my 3rd set for this van.

To be honest it's not worth worrying about for €10 for the pair German & French.

We are of to France next year, do they have an expiry I.e annually or do they stay with the van for the duration of your ownership? Just thinking if I can apply now and it will last for a few years etc. Cheers in advance for the words of wisdom 👍

Thanks all. Wasn’t sure you could apply for another if you already had one but I will do that. Good tip from scotzsue.

Might cause a bit of confusion when I get rid of the van as I have a personal plate.

We had the same thing happen, just buy a new one. We keep it in the glove compartment and are only going to stick it on if we happen to go into an area where they’re required. No idea if it’s true but have been told that the Police can be fussy if they’re not actually stuck on the windscreen. Don’t want to catch the Gendarme on a bad day.
