Hi Janine my experts tell me you likely have Javascript turned off in your browser

1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the upper-right).
2. From the All tab, tap Browser.
3. Tap Menu (located in the upper-right).
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap Advanced.
6. Tap Enable Javascript to enable
