We have friends who are on the lookout for a new Motorhomes. Ideally drop down bed over the front longe rear washroom with garage BUT it has to be compact width ie 2.2m so it will fit on the driveway. Any suggestions?

You're friends aren't going to find a long rear washroom and a garage as they both take up the same space. 2.2m wide with a dropdown bed? Again I doubt it as they're an industry standard length.

I'd suggest they take a look at this. They won't get a dropdown, but they'll have a garage, fitted beds, a bathroom which is on both sides of the motorhome and it's 220cms wide.

As you can see we have a Buerstner T620G which we bought new in late 2017 and I agree with Jonno's comments (though I don't understand his comment about the bathroom). We live in a village with very narrow lanes and were originally looking at a PVC until we saw this. After 90+ nights, mostly across the channel before the dreaded lurgy arrived, I can confirm it's a good compromise for 2 people. The storage space is exceptional and it has a payload to match. The garage is huge! The comfy fixed beds were a prerequisite for us after hearing too many tales of broken drop-downs. Ours came with twin Gaslow cylinders, a solar panel and Thatcham alarm which I can also recommend. A Ramoska and a small slow-cooker means we don't miss an oven. We're very happy with our choice though there are some downsides. The narrow corridor between "kitchen" and bathroom is a pinch-point. The grey water drain is in the centre of the van (typical for a European van) which is no problem abroad where every site has a drive-over waste facility but in "caravan-centric" UK most sites don't so I've had to modify it so I can use a Waste Hog. The swinging shower wall is slightly different in ours - the toilet has to be swivelled to fully "open" the wall. However our wall extends all the way down keeping all the spray contained. Our shower tap is in the back corner so the pipe is not in the way. I'm glad to see that they've done away with the "spoiler" above the windscreen though - we're on our third, the first two having disintegrated and been replaced under warranty.
We're only 45 mins from Bath if your friends want to know more...

The answer is in the title, Carthago Compact Line.
Not possible to have a rear wash room & a garage. The 6.99m Compact line has a seperate shower and washroom and decent size garage.
