cleanng your M.H. roof

can anyone tell me if when cleaning your roof you get on the top or do you just use a brush or just powerwash ????
I have a fiat Ducato 6 berth with the arched front over the cab and not sure how strong these roofs are for standing on.

generally motorhome roofs are able to take OCCASIONAL roof walking but please do not walk on the overcab bit as this is not very strong. Just clean this bit with a long handled brush

I had the same problem recently when I came home from holiday to find a layer of baked on cement dust all over my M/H.

I suggest that, to be safe and avoid costly repair bills, you contact the builder of your M/H and ask their advice. Your insurers would expect no less in the case of a claim.
