hi and welcome to the fun.....

to remove the seat.

slide the seat all the way forward and IN the runners, at the back, you will find an allen head bolt on each side ....remove.

slide the seat all the way back and on the front face of the seat base, just below the runners, there are two more allen bolts...or possibly normal 13mm bolts....remove.

take care the seat doesnt topple over.....lift the seat off the base.

access to the battery is through the top hole in the base.:thumb:
