We received our CCC membership details yesterday. I registered on their website and had a go at booking a site for 11th June, just for fun. I got a pitch on Hollands Wood for four days, paid a £25.00 deposit and received an email confirmation straight away. I rang the site with a query and was told that they aren't taking bookings until July!:(
They refunded my money...

I'm not surprised I have alway found their web site is very poor, we normally use the CS sites and book by phone. Even the search facility is not great
 
We had a booking which we had to postpone because of Covid-19. At the time C&CC Head Office said, during a telephone conversation, that they would hold a credit note for us and, provided we rebooked, for any date, within 30 days it would count. Then they closed their office.

I have tried to get clarification of what will now happen via their web site. Although they “aim to respond to queries within 5 working days,” here we are twelve days and a reminder e-mail later still with no reply.

However, since we will be going nowhere soon I suppose we can wait a bit longer.
 
They will contact you before you were due to arrive and offer you a refund or if you have dates for a future visit they will book it for you.
 
At this time we have to make an allowance for the situation and hope it will be ok in the end

I have written to the CCC over their website, It is not the easiest to navigate. They only say "it`s an ongoing review". Mind the CC site isn`t that much easy, if at all.!
