Lost power to habitational door, so won't lock etc. It's one of the soft close ones!! Checked fuses and can't see anything obvious, anyone else had this issue??

Fortunately I can still secure as I have manual deadlocks fitted.

Back to dealer with some other bits, but appreciate any feedback

I think there is an issue with Carthago connections in the door, we have a T149 so not self closing, ours messed around 4 months from new I cleaned the terminals and put a small layer of electrical grease on them and it's been fine since.

Thanks, I dont want to dismantle anything at the moment ( my luckI will breaksomething !), as still under warranty, I will see what the dealer says/ finds.

I didn't need to dismantle ours, there is two pins/connectors at the bottom of the hinge side of the door
