Been a member for 20 years and I never knew about the Local Centres section. Friends of mine who have been members for years also tell me that they'd never heard of it.

I am aware of the local sections. When I joined I asked where is mine?
Where do you live?
Halifax West Yorkshire.
Ahm it that anywhere near Lancashire?
Isn’t there a West Yorkshire section?

Is there any In Yorkshire?
North Yorkshire is that near you?
So they allocated me to North Yorks and that’s the last I heard about it. No contact no idea how to contact.
camping and carravanning club is so much better anyway, use their THS most of all.

You have to register annually. You can join any group, they will then send you their rally programme. If you select local centres, it leads you to the CAMC rally booklet for the whole year which encompasses all centre rally programmes.

I have heard of them but, bizarrely, with CAMC to go on a rally you used to have to pay £1 deposit by cheque through the post. I couldn’t be doing with the faff so didn’t bother.
