Can Anyone ID this 12v Socket & Where can I Buy the Plug?

Good morning all from a very wet South Wales!

As in the subject, can you identify this plug (marked 12v) and where can I purchase the appropriate plug? This would be ideal for powering my 12v TV :)

Looks like a 12v Hella socket
Bit like a cigarette lighter socket but smaller in diameter
Buy on the web or a MH spares place

id wire a plug on to the appliance cigarette lighter sockets are a pain

It's actually a 2 pin American mains socket that the British caravan industry took it upon themselves to use for 12v in the late 80's. The one in the photo was made by an Australian company Cipsal who no longer exist.

Might it be better to replace the whole socket with the more common kind?
