Being only 2/3 hundred miles from Calais returning from a great 3 weeks in the South can people please give their thoughts on what the return ferry trip was like, particularly crowds, social distancing etc and any probs with extra unwanted passengers 😖

Many Thanks

There was a post last week where someone had found a person hidden beneath their motorhome. Some think it’s better to fill up with fuel /shop/eat some distance from the port then keep moving until you’re checking in. Still worth checking under and on top of vehicle and keeping all your doors locked.
Bonne route.

I understand your concerns but relax; que sera, sera. Besides, what can you do about it other than return from somewhere else? It'll be fine (y)

Was hoping reply from someone who has done the return trip recently

Thanks for other replies though

We parked at gravelines aire last night €7.50 , and was on P&O today, the only check was the dog, filled forms in on line no one asked about those, motorhome not checked, ferry was OK wear a mask unless eating or drinking. 🙂
Now at Canterbury park and ride, and just had a chat with Steve Red Dragon. 😁 Bob.
