Burstner Travel Van size but has an oven…..what my best option?

Looking at the nice compactness of a burstner Travel Van but just realised NO oven….not even a microwave ….. Can anyone help and point me at what MH options I should consider 2 people sleep only.
Like the European manufacturers if Any …..these Seem a better build quality.
