Burstner Harmony 690g Wire ??

Hi everyone, hope someone can help, just been underneath the Van looking where to Run my Rear Camera Cable & noticed this wire , looks like an Earth Bonding Wire but can't see where it's disconnected from. It is 1/2 an Eyelet (Obviously snapped off) but can't see the other peice to where it locates .Anyone with the same if they could have a look for me , much appreciated thanks Chris.
Ps.. forgot to say near the Front of Drivers Side Rear Wheel, thanks.

Sprry,but dont recall such wire on my 690g, dont have it anymore so cant check, but spent a lot of time underneath installing and then removing a front undertray.

It looks like domestic electrical, not automotive but no idea?

Perhaps someone had a piece of after market kit fitted then removed. Diesel heater, inverter, air suspension? The remaining tag does not look very professional, should have been sealed.

That End is 1/2 an Eyelet....it has obviously snapped off but can't see where from , unless I start scraping the Underseal off which I don't really want to do until I can find where it locates .It must be close because of the length of it, thanks Chris.
