My poor wife has been trying to contact BF from 8am - 5.30pm with no joy whatsoever. Approximately 40 attempts!
Engaged - press 5 for call back OR the number no longer exists.

She has tried every Number she can find to no avail.

Is there a secret tel No that we don’t know about?
I bet one of you know how, so please enlighten us 🙏🙏🙏

They are terrible to get in contact with. Monday would obviously be the worst day but I've tried on all days and it's taken 15-20 times to get on hold and then 25 minsto get to speak to someone.
 
Just checked my phone and on 25th April I tried 28 times and got through (into the quese( on attempt 29.

Shocking customer service

I am under the impression that they want all amendments done online and now charge a fee if you manage to get them on the phone.

I think you are right but unfortunately not all bookings can be amended online, for example if you have a pet travelling with you. I have found the best chance of getting through without too long a delay is if you call bang on 9am when the lines open or otherwise leave it until after 5pm.
 
They have gone from the Best Customer Service in the Industry to, probably the worst alongside P&O.
We live right on the south coast and have ferries available to the east & west, so the Chunnel isn’t our preference. However, it seems the Chunnel operators win hands down on customer services.

Might well go that way next time.
 
Despite the reluctance to use social media it has its uses and is often the quickest way to get a response.
 
customer.services@brittany-ferries.com normally works for me or you can amend your booking online.
last email took them 14 days to respond to me.

Then they emailed my back with a breakdown saying they did not owe me a refund.

They DID

Eventually after 3 months of going backwards and forwards with emails. They responded and I requested a call back.

Then after 3 weeks, a lady rang me and said she would get the refund(s) arranged. They refunded two amounts, not the 3rd amount of £300.

I had to go back again and the man on the phone apologised as "she" had had not actioned the last refund.

Eventually, I was refunded in full. But could of easily been "Forgotten"

Makes you wonder if some of the staff are trying to save the company money in order to keep it afloat along with their jobs. Pardon the Pun

I got through today @16.10 after 38 attempts. I booked our outgoing ferry but the Callander ends in October and the new one is not live till June 😳
