Peugeot Boxer 2006. Only done about 700 miles since last service. Now at about 18,000 miles. As this is new to me I don't know what was changed at the last service (service stamp but no record of work done). So I want to change all the filters (air, fuel) as well as the oil. I'm also tempted to change the gearbox oil as well. I'd heard tales of water getting in (but maybe that was a different year). It's a 2.2 version. What would be the recommended items to change and inspect?

After only 700 miles, I'd personally be inclined to leave it alone. Very easy to take the air filter out to check, and if it looks reasonably uncontaminated & OK it probably will do you for a while yet. Changing the oil and filter is very easy to do yourself, but see what the oil looks like on the end of the dipstick and if it's still reasonably golden rather than like tar, then I'd leave that alone as well.

A good clean up with WD40 and a nose around the engine bay will probably suffice and save you some money!
