Bonocar windows - interior trim

Hi all,

I’m restoring an old A-Class van that has Bonocar windows fitted. The windows themselves are fine, but I’m to source the interior trim that covers the metal clips around the window. It’s a plastic U-Channel shape - picture attached.

Would anyone know where I could source some of these?
