Bike rack

Hi everyone we are looking to buy the benimar mileo 282 and wondered if anyone has added a bike rack to the rear of it? We would really like a rack that went to the floor to get bikes off as they are quite heavy and we are getting on a bit. Many thanks for any help or advice given

Thule Lift V16 Motorised Cycle Carrier is on the classified here but i think you need to join to see it 20 pounds a year ​

It should have the fiamma mounts ready. Check your rear and see if there are grey plastic covers and an aluminium strip

If they are there you can get a made to fit rack. It just fits onto the mounts.

Otherwise it's a drilling job

Forgive me for stating the blindingly obvious but don’t go drilling anywhere ,the van will have supports across the back somewhere to hold a rack mounting.

I have the thule one listed above, but decided to get the wind down by handle one. Doesnt come right to the floor bot about waist height on my Imala 734.
I use the ordless drill with attachement to wind down if I dont want to use the pole, but its easy enough

Has it got a tow bar ? If so a a tow bar rack might be better for you. Ours is only 18 inches off the ground. There were A few second hand ones on classified?

Good point. I meant by a dealer or specialist.

To be honest though I am confident it will have pre drilled fixings.
