We’ve had our Motorhome for 6 years and sadly it’s not had much use. We were pondering whether to sell it and wanted some advice on the best way to do this if we decide to go ahead. Does anyone have any recommendations for people they have used and what are the pitfalls, scammers, time wasters etc.

You can advertise it on here and may find a taker, if not Autotrader or Ebay. When it's being sold do not let anyone drive it, it will not be insured, if a genuine buyer wants to see how it runs you take them for a drive. For payment only take bank transfer, run a mile from anyone using PayPal, Western Union etc and if someone wants it without looking at it, it is a scam no matter how convincing they are. I sold mine to a dealer, I may have got a bit more with a private sale, but less stress.

A regular scam is to pay by PayPal send a driver to collect the MOHO then a week or two later aim it was not delivered and get a refund. Also for the amount involved with MOHO the charges would be high
