Is there a better rate for dirham exchange in Morocco use Euros or Stirling.

Its all set by the Government so you should find its the same everywhere in Morocco..
If you bought Euros at a good rate maybe you could gain but if you have them recently I dont think there is any benefit.
HOWEVER... Always check the money / change given, especially if you change the first lot at the port.. On our 21013/14 trips we had a few people who almost got done with fast money counting and miscounting etc...
