Benivan Whale underslung water heater leaking advice please.

Advice please? My habitation water pump keeps pumping intermittent every 20 seconds as if there is a water leak.
Only water drip I can find is from my Whale WL8212Ux under my Benivan . Its coming out of a small hole as per the photo. Can anyone advise if this can be fixed or is it normal? Have contacted Whale but no response as yet.

Maybe the drain down valve in the van is leaking,if you open it does more water come out of the same hole.

You might have hit the jackpot as thats what I tried. I opened/closed the valve several times incase it wasnt sitting right and now pump is silent! Also no dripping from the hole!! Never touched the valve but hopefully cured?

If the pipe which is rusty is the gas inlet you need to consider changeing
