I collect photos of beer (bottles, cans, etc), a strange hobby but very rewarding, I thought some of you might by interested in having a look at them.

I collect photos of beer Ralph

Then you may be able to answer a question that has nagged me for years.

Eurosport used to advertise a German bier during the bike racing ( and probably elsewhere ), the advert was an aerial shot from a chopper circling a castle on a rocky outcrop over a town.

Mega cute.

So name that town and a bonus for the castle.

I drink beer, take photos and fall over, I don't study it that much but I will get back to you.

Excellent stuff Ralph.

Does you collection only comprise of photos taken by you of beer you have drunk?

If you accept photos from other sources I feel it is a project I would willingly help with!

What a great collection:Eeek: it must have cost a fortune but worth every penny.:thumb:

I suppose local rivalry was to be expected:
Köln gives you Kölsch, Bonn gives you Bönnsch but in a bendy glass!

EGGENBURG BREWERY

Started collecting the labels off beer bottles then got inebriated and forgot to pick them off.

Have you tried "Baz'z Bonce Blower"? Was one of the strongest beers about at 13.5%. Brewed by the Parish Brewery, Burrough on the Hill. When they used to sell it draft if you could drink 3 pint then go out of the pub go round the tree and then return to your seat without falling over your got your bill paid! Had to stop it when Baz got a bit of a social responsibility conscious.

He also did another for a Camra show "Superbrew" which at 23+% was the strongest beer you can brew with using distillation. Your legs disconnected from the rest of you!
