Autotrail Frontier Serrano habitation door

The habitation door lock is jammed and can only be opened from the inside. Can anyone help please

Have you tried the button on the dashboard a few times?

Don’t know if it’s the same problem but I’ve had similar when the central unlocking is pressed at exactly the same time as pulling open the door handle. I remember it took a couple of central locks and unlocks to clear it.

It is for people on the adjacent pitch in Hereford.
