Autotrail Cheyenne 1996, display panel, all lights on

Hi all
We have an 1996 Autotrail Cheyenne. All lights on the control panel are on, 3 red, 3 green. Fresh water, waste water and battery lights.
We have just been away and the toilet flush didn’t work, (A few years ago I cleaned the switch and all was fine so I am planning on doing that this weekend), but i don’t remember all the lights being on.
Everything else works, so any help as to why the lights are all on would be a great help.

Did you manage to sort it? Or do we need to prod someone into getting their grey cells working
