Autosleeper Coolant level sensor

Hi, Trying to help out my elderly father who has an Auto Sleeper year 2002.

The Coolant level sensor is broken, all the Peugeot dealers I have spoken to have said that the part is discontinued and no replacement is available.

Item no. 4. on diagram - part no. 1306A7

I have tried the internet to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated.
