Automatic Gearbox repair information.

Hello I have a 2021 Fiat Ducato 2.3 140 Motohome and i was wonder if anyone knows where to get repair instruction/information on the Automatic Gearbox. What I'm looking for is how it works, part identification, oil and filter etc as much as possible. thanks in advance.

I believe the 9 speed auto is jaguar box that has been about for a while. Generally there is very little doccumentation in the public domain for the X290 . there is info on the Fiat Forum in downloads for the simular older x250.

Will it not be under warranty if only 12 months old

If that new and mine I wouldn’t be thinking of anything other than manufacturer servicing

I'm sorry but I don't understand this, your company is going to start doing warranty repair work BUT you don't understand how they work and you need to come on Fun to ask???

Surely it would be better to contact Fiat?? (Just asking)

The local mechanic says they use YouTube etc if it’s not a model they know or normally do. I guess he was alright for years working at a main dealership, now he sees different stuff at an independent garage.

Yes I'd expect a responsible garage to know that and send thier mechanics on a zf course rather than a MHF forum!

you are probably correct i'm just one keyboard warrior that knows nothing quoting another warrior that knows ?? 9something i read.
In my defence i don't try to make money out of my ignorance. (Now, i can say that in all honesty as i have retired).
