I have a couple of questions.
i have located the pump and pipe work and electrics, apart from algae all seems ok?
I have removed the cassette and found a blade fuse ( sound no break) is there another fuse that I am missing or does this mean that the pump is defunct and if so what is the recommended replacement for it?
thanks to you for your quick responses yesterday

Try cleaning the connection in the fuse holder and fit a new fuse, sometimes fuses look OK, but without putting a meter on it it's a job to tell. 🤔 Bob.

If the pump is located in the flush tank there is a good possibility the little impeller has seized.
remove the pump and get a little screwdriver and see if the impeller is free to turn

Shame you haven't continued (added to) the first thread as previous suggestions are likely to be repeated. ;)
Have you checked with a test meter whether there's 12v at the pump when you (try to) operate the flush?

As mentioned by Winger the pump might be seized with rust.
I may have posted this pic yesterday...............

Here's a (rather unnecessarily long-winded but stick with it) video of a guy removing and fixing the pump on the Thetford C2 which the one you say you have.

Still trying to fix the lav🤪!!!! I have located the problem ( wonky microswitch) and have managed to get 3 screws out but the unit under the toilet still won’t move. Is there a fourth one that I am missing? And if so where is it? I have looked on youtube and seen 4 screws on the picture. HELP before I tear out the last of my hair!!!!!!
