Arrived here yesterday we intend staying till to morrow and then meander along the coast up to France, looking for a aire/campsite close to beach town about 100/200 miles from here, any recommends?

I don't know which way you mean but Peurto St Maria is nice esp if you like sherry. Camping Las Dunas will take RVs.

Well we decided to go to a site near Malaga, La Cara del Moral here:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/C...x181a098d24cab852!8m2!3d38.551073!4d-0.096704
Its on street view but not sat.

€12 per night inc 4amp leccy which is fine for us as by flicking a few switches the power goes direct to my charger, which powers the inverter which runs everything.

I haven't used this system I wired up in ten years, it took me ages to remember how to do it.

Its a full service aire all pitches are hard standing with pea shingle spread over the whole site so can be dusty. and we are next to the main road, so if your a light sleeper perhaps not for you. Excellent showers but €1 for 3.5 mins. Very friendly and helpful girl in reception explained everything including buses and local attractions.
A very wide concreted drive over dump. Burger van style restaurant and bar-be-que

Vila do Bispo near Faro was great if you want a lovely, quiet, cheap, slightly hippyish site.

Well, I got the " Faro" bit from the location my iPad put when displaying the photo (see attached which I've marked in red). So sorry if off the mark!

Now at Campello Beach a fairly new aire close to Alicante, left Pera del Moral this morning about 8.30 ish.
Good for you guys bit of a stuggle for me, I had to drive in and then reverse round to the pitch as I couldn't turn from the entrance. Still we are here:). €11 per night plus €4 for leccy. Bustop down the road or Tram to Alicante or Benni on the prom.
The entrance is the other side of the building with the green at the top

The whole of the Algarve is actually the District of Faro so the ipad probably just notes the district, which in this case is quite a big one(y)
