We have issues with the radio stations.. they seem to be going round in a loop occasionally

Mine seems to lose my downloads every other day, new installation, cache delete, nothing helps
It downloads then just forgets it did it

Can only suggest an app delete/re-install. Worked for me but that was with Mac OS.

No problems noticed on my S8. Did have an issue a year or so ago where it kept crashing. Ended up deleting it and reinstalling.
Good luck with the troubleshooting.

Strangely enough my Spotify account Was hacked yesterday, got an email telling me the email account associated with Spotify had been changed.

Interestingly, I don’t have a Spotify account.
