Looks similar to the one we have had for a few years now. Ours came with the cables. Three cables (joined at the connectors each end) each about 10mm OD for both positive and negative.

We only use it for Angela's hairdryer so modified sine wave is OK for that

Not a clue on manufacturer but the type is common to many Chinese firms. Cable sizing is dependant on the distance from the battery bank and expected load you will be drawing. I generally use 25mm csd or 30mm as a minimum to avoid problems

I can’t help with make or model, looks very generic square wave inverter. You will need a 50mm2 cable and 200ah fuse. If length of cable is over 1,5m step up to 70mm2.
