No, not the main number ;)

I see various old posts on Nationwide, especially since they switched to the AA, and it looked like someone may have had direct contact with the person inside Nationwide who set the contract up with the AA - it's that email that I'm after, to give constructive feedback on my less than impressive experience with the AA in Switzerland. It's not over yet, I'm still waiting for the refund of 160 francs for taxi fares - no response more than a month after the claim went in.

PM me please if anyone has a contact email address, I wouldn't want to put it on the web for all to see!

As an aside - later on in that holiday, Mrs F broke the rather expensive iPhone that I bought her for her 50th - so I thought I'd claim on the phone insurance that comes with the Nationwide package. It was properly broken, the body was twisted (don't ask....). Anyway, very impressed - excess paid, within 5 days of sending the old phone off we'd got a new one back - a different phone, but identical to the one we sent in, and it looked like it was brand new.
 
I have a Nationwide issued wallet card with 0800 11 88 55 for U.K. and +44 1793 541 200 from abroad. It came in a 'Welcome' pack when I opened my FlexPlus account.
