Almost, went to the show in Glasgow on the look out for another van. Luckily I has SHMBO and she vetoed it. Still looking for the right van at the right price. Is there such a thing?

Funny you should ask that! We have just traded in our Rapido 746f for a used A class Pilote!

The model is Aventura G730, and if anyone has any experience of this type/model, please get in touch!!!

I cannot even find how to change my leisure battery from lead acid to gel!! It was simple in the Rapido, but the manual for the Pilote is completely silent on the matter!!!

Any help, advice (except give it back - we like the island bed!) gratefully received!

Not this weekend but we did two weeks ago then panicked all week wondering if it was going to be too big but hey ho have taken it out for one little day trip and found a place to park which won't be so easy in the summer on the Isle of Wight but so far all is good and looking forward to that lovely bed in the back when we're away.

10 days ago we did bought ourselves a lovely Rapido 9094. First saw one at the NEC in 2016 and loved the combination of rear lounge and a-class drop down bed. In the years since we've looked at similar layouts from Mobilvetta, Pilote and few others but still kept coming back to the Rapido. First trip planned for next weekend

What length is it? I was always worried about the length (of the motorhome before anyone starts giggling) but found as we got used to it it wasn’t a problem (god that worse). Now we have an A class towing a car!

Hubby says it’s not the size that matter but how carefully and where you park it!

We bought a new Burstner Lyseo 10 days ago, can’t comment yet as we haven’t been out in it yet.

Is there not a separate manual for the electrics, depending on what unit is fitted ?

Yes we did! We brought our 2002 Rapido Le Randonneur 860F home on Thursday! Anyone know how to make the dinette bed?

I am going to say .......We think so? Only had our motorhome since July!
Her indoors has decided it does not have enough "Play space" ! I am 60 so dont go off on a tangent here! I am just too old!
Any way...she has decided that we needed some extra space and not a compromise ? By that She did not want to give up anything ? She always loved our Auto-trail Scout but Damp and build quality put an end to that!
Our last motor home Adria Sonic is very much....My Baby. I really honestly love it. ?
However...she thinks that a larger lounge and make up beds will be more of a benefit than having a bedroom?
Please dont ask? I have not a clue!!!!! Men from Mars and that sort of stuff!

I have decided that life being too short ..and that I love her beyond words and that monies ( I now seem to be getting very short of! ) do not have any real meaning...A replacement is required and by that ....my life may be happier once again? Who Knows or cares? Any way.....
...We have decided on a Dethleffs A class . It is their Black Magic Edition.
I really hope it's what she wants ? I have few funds left to keep doing this!
The pension can only go so far!
Any way...I will look at it as if its a new venture! God can only hope!
