This has grown in my garden. It came out of nowhere as we didn’t plant anything. No idea what it is. The keys are in the picture to give an indication of size.

Looks like butternut squash, Curcubita moschata. Prob sown by bird droppings (or rat?) from discarded squash.
On android phone camera, you can use Google Lens (in the photo app) to identify anything.
 
I would say it is a butternut squash, if it is yourl soon be seeing fruits start to grow, by september ish it they will be ready. ding dong

Pumpkin seeds germinate in my compost heap because I throw my veggie waste in there, so if I dig my compost into the garden they take off whether I want them or not. In fact, this afternoon I will be making gallons of pumpkin soup from my self sown crop. Great, cheap winter fodder.
 
To me it looks like some type of ornamental Gourd. Once it flowers, try and expose the fruit that forms to the sun (snip of shading leaves). The fruit, once ripe look lovely in a fruit bowl. You see them for sale in Lidls around Halloween.
