Almost went away for a few day's. 🤔

We had to go down to Alicante yesterday to pick up our new identity cards, we did a bit of planning, something we don't normally bother with, just go do what we want and find somewhere to park.
So being responsible we decided we could park at Guardalest €6 for 24hrs plenty of walking opportunities and a nice place to visit, come back to the aire at Jalon have a night or two then dump and come home.

Then decided we couldn't be bothered, had a walk on the way home in the car round altea and came home, then today after hanging the washing out, drove to Jalon to do a walk and looked in the aire a dozen or more in there, and we couldn't get excited about not being amongst them.

A lot has changed I suppose it's the next step and getting back into it. Bob.

The Aire at Jalon was the end of our 1st winter trip away last March, when Spain went into lockdown, spent 5 days there with great walking/ cycling, will definately return

The local Bodega was excellent though if we new what was coming we would have stockpiled more port!
