Alden SPS 75 Lights

I recently changed from a single 80 ah battery to two 80 ah batteries connected in parallel.

I noticed today that the solar regulator is emitting a beep and the amber light ( under En charge) is flashing.

Any ideas from the electrically knowledgable?

I can't find a manual or any threads on this controller anywhere .

I think there is a clue in the 7.5 amp fuse where it says 5amp . I put in a 5 amp and it blew. Put in another one and it also blew. I'm assuming it's broken but luckily I have a new panel installed on my shed so I borrowed the controller from that until the new solar kit arrives.
