Alde Heating Help

Hi
Can anybody help, on a site and just got the Motorhome back from the useless company who sold it and just done a habition service, now no hot water on electric, it’s a 2015 reg, the wife is looking at a box of wet wipes , but I do know it’s now working on gas

Check that the 240 volts is connected (are the sockets working?). If not look for a circuit breaker on the post or in the van. Otherwise check that it is turned on (Alde, Truma? Instructions can be googled!)

Set to gas only on panel? Up the central heating temp see if the heating works ok on electric?

Well gulp and dare not tell the wife, it was switched off on the Sargent, told her I have repaired it many thanks have a good weekend

When you go for a service the engineers tend to switch everything off. You cannot assume that it will becas you left it.

Notice you have Autotrail ... Check the sergeant control panel there are two switches ( buttons) one marked space heater and the other marked water heater.these both need to be switch on when using ehu
