Air bags on our RV work automatically ie. the unit builds up air and then you can drive and it is continually dropping and then building up air. I understand this to a degree cos its what happens in the trucks.

The bit I don't understand is when I hear others with air bags talking about how much pressure they put in the bags to determine what kind of ride they get.

I can't see on our motorhome how we can alter the pressure, so therefore we have no 'choice' in hard or soft ride, is my understanding flawed? Or is there an adjuster somewhere?

Hi Suxy the Auto ones take care of themselves, the others are a manual fill and the pressure is set by the tyre inflator
