Here is a babelfish translation of what an AHK is:

Deutsche Auslandshandelskammern, kurz AHKs, gibt es in allen Ländern, die für die deutsche Wirtschaft von besonderem Interesse sind.

There are German foreign trade chambers, briefly AHKs, in all countries, which are for the German economy from special interest.
