Does anyone know how to remove/clean the bench seat in the above model?

The rest of the cushions are floating and zipped so they should be able to be hand/machined washed but I'm screwed if I can work out how to get the (mainly) seat cushions off the bench seat.

Any one had any success on this?

The seats need a damn good clean and removing/washing seems a logical choice over hiring a cleaning machine to effectively clean two seat cushions.

The upholstery could do with a re-cover but with a 5 year old boy and 7 month old Lab, I'd like to try and get a couple more seasons out of the current ones.

Anyone had their Argos re-covered? How did they cope with the bench seat ( photo attached)?

We have a vax carpet cleaner with attachments for car/ van. Would this not be easier to invest in? Second hand perhaps?

I've tried various ones over the years and never found them that effective on soft furnishings.

I brought a recent model of vax it’s brilliant compared to one o owned and got rid of years ago

I did buy a decent one however at the top of their range
