ACSI Card App (how to access people's reviews of sites)

Hi my new ACSI cards arrived ok, I've just downloaded the app and also downloaded the countries we will want to view/use, everything works fine, had a browse at different sites, read the info, so no problems so far and quite happy. However, I like to read other people's reviews of their stay etc but I'm not seeing an option to do this, there is a tab REVIEW, but that's to make a review, not read them, am I missing something.

It's obviously playing up, not getting campsites showing either now

It doesn’t look as if there any reviews for that site.

Have you downloaded the ‘CampingCard acsi’ app and put the code in that is on the back of your card? This app will give you all the sites in the book

Could you find one which shows an average score review ?

I downloaded three maps:
1/France
2/Spain/Portugal
3/ UK
I also downloaded both Motorhome pitch and Campsites pitch on all three of these and I've been over it again to double check.

With regards to being able to see the reviews:
I can view the reviews on campsite only, not on any motorhome sites.

With regards to the motorhome and campsite map icon's:
France, Spain/Portugal maps, no problem. However, on the UK map, there are no campsite icon's visable, just motorhome icon's.
